| "The menu and breakfast would be Pickled Buzzard Eggs, Possum Casserole, and sour mash biscuits. But they must have been out of that because I woke up to the smell of fresh coffee and when I sat down at the table they started passing peach-stuffed French toast, candied bacon strips, sausage, baked egg puff (I didn't ask if they were buzzard eggs), toast, juices and banana pudding. The other guests started clamoring for recipes, but I did not. I decided that I would save these special treats for the next time I come. . ."
